Since the record price high of July 2022, until March, dwelling values had reduced just -2.4% in Adelaide which is a significantly lower drop than those experienced in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. As always, Adelaide is steady as she goes and there are indications that we may have already reached the bottom of this current cycle as once more, we saw positive growth of 0.2% in dwelling values for the month of April.
